MANY WEDDING DRESSES ARE STILL NEEDED!
In December, 2015 the first MOM Short Term Mission Trip to CUBA took place, with a M.O.M. Team serving the Lord through the Godly Home Ministry.
Before going to Cuba, the Team heard that 200 couples had gone through the 12-week Marriage School program and were waiting to be married! Through this Marriage School couples learn that marriage is God's institution and his plan is for one man and one woman to be married for life. Since we only had 78 wedding dresses donated, less than half of the couples were able to be married.
We're in need of MANY MORE WEDDING DRESSES!

You'll see in the video that many of the couples were already in their 60's, yet had never been legally married. There were 4 different churches who loaned their buildings for the wedding ceremonies. It was a joyful celebration as you will see!
MOM’s Godly Home Ministry has been going on since about 2005. It actually includes seven ministries, with the Marriage School and Quince' being two of the seven. It developed as our Director, Dr. Soon Ja Choi (she's also a pediatrician), traveled in Latin America on various mission trips and saw how marriages and families were in great need of God's teaching on marriage. Even in the church, there was much immorality and her heart was grieved by this. The people lacked the understanding of how holy (set apart unto God) marriage is meant to be and the need for sound, biblical teaching as explained in the Bible. Out of this burden the Marriage School Ministry and Quince' ministry were born. Many of our M.O.M. partners have been involved, using their time and resources to develop and carry out the ministry.
Our Marriage School and Quince' ministries have also been implemented in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Peru.
